The process is really simple.
Step 1: download the file Blur_Version.210.12.40.falcon_umtsds.Brasil.en.BR.zip copy and paste on root directory of your internal storage (internal SD card).
Step 2: go to Settings, About device and Sotware Update.
After that your Moto G will recognize the update and will start the update automatically.
